I understand that RNG plays a role in whether or not a debuff lands, regardless of accuracy vs resistance check. It's incredibly rare for debuffs from Martyr or even Jareg to be resisted (maybe once every few runs) but Frozen Banshee gets resisted multiple times, every single run. It really made me wonder, so I checked the accuracy stats for my CB team champs. I aim for the highest accuracy I can achieve while still maintaining survivability but I noticed that Frozen Banshee's skill gets resisted significantly more often than Decrease Attack from Martyr and Jareg or the poisons from Steelskull. I wanted to ask the community about Frozen Banshee and the accuracy needed to land Poison Sensitivity on the boss without being resisted.
